Before requesting a refund, I kindly ask you to read the following:

If your drawing is inaccurate, for example the wrong sex or race, it's possible that there has been a technical issue when filling out the request form. For example, the wrong sex or race might've been selected.

If this is the case, I am more than happy to re-draw your sketch completely free of charge! Please simply email customers@masterwangdrawings.com and someone from my team will immediately set to work re-ordering your sketch.
